The Family Reserve blend is the standard expression from the eponymous Grant’s line of blended whiskies. Scotland - The intensity of the nose isn't very strong, but what you do find are wood spices, grains, and the slightest hint of smoke. The palate has a moderate amount of cinnamon, dried hay, and a touch of caramel. The whisky ends on the bitter side without a lengthy finish. Grant's is the oldest producer of blended Scotch whisky to remain in continous family ownership throughout its history.
